FAQ

1. Why I can't find the item I'm looking for?

If you can't find the item it doesn't mean that we can't supply it to you. We are continually adding products to our store but there are still hundreds of products for us to add. Please take a look in our Trade brochure by following this link or send us an email to sales@bigwight.com, and we will try our best to help.

2. If I order a printed t-shirt, will I see a proof before you print it?

Yes. If you order any personalised garment from us we will email you a proof of the print/embroidery for you to approve. 

3. Will you print or embroidery my own garments?

This depends on a few factors and is at our discretion. We won't normally take on garments that we can supply, but may do if there is an issue with stock levels. If we do agree to print your garments we will need to see them and any artwork first. We do charge more for our embroidery and printing services on customer supplied garments so we would suggest getting a quote from us first.  You also need to consider that we will not replace any garments lost or damaged whilst in our possession or during the print/embroidery process.  

4. I'm not sure whether to order print or embroidery.

Don't worry send us an email with the details of the garments and the personalisation you would like, attaching any logo/design. We can then advise you the best or most cost effective way of producing this. 

5. I'm not sure about what size garment to order.

We do have a size guide on each products description and a how to measure guide. However if you are going to order a large quantity of items we would recommend ordering a selection of sizes to try first. You can then return these to us to be processed with your bulk order for any printing/embroidery. We will then credit you any difference in price for buying in bulk. 

6. Can I order for my business/club online?

Yes. If you are an existing customer that normally orders verbally or by email but would like to be able to order from our site. Email us and we will set you up for online ordering.  

7. How will you stop other people from ordering for my business/club?

All items that we produce for you with your own company/club logo will be hidden from other users. They will also be hidden from you until you sign in on our site. We can set up accounts for other people from your organisation that are also allowed to purchase on your behalf. Some clubs however would like any of their members to be able to order. These clubs products are set up to be visible to everyone. 

8. I can't find the items for my company/business?

Make sure you have signed in by selecting the 'Sign in' link at the top of the page. When you have signed in you will see the 'My Account' section. Select 'HOME' from the menu bar and you will be taken back to the home page of our store. In the catergories section on the left hand side you should now see a category with your company/business/club name. Select this and you should now be able to see the items you require. If you have a lot of items these may be on more than one page, or in sub categories.
